I'm running Tons of Guns, Tons of Armor, components, etc, Rato's thing, Masters of War, BCE, all the necessary compatibility patches , and everythings workings fine - but Ive noticed one thing different from my last playthrough - I can't seem to make TNT for anything, but just about everything requires TNT - or something that requires TNT, like C4, or something. But I don't know how to make just plain TNT. I seem to recall being able to make some of this before leaving Ernie Island before, but do I need to be in some special sectors to be able to do this? Or is it just something that's sold at a market somewhere and/or in some randome loot tables now?
