I don't know of any tool like that, what I do is after placing them, manually edit the values ​​in building.ini file to align them.

Yea thats what I ended up doing... then I learned you cant do more than 32... AFTER I placed and aligned 92 spots XD

Another building editor question, does anyone know if it is possible to flip an object/element upside down? I want to make a roof that is slightly bigger than the underlying walls, but the only roofing elements I seem to find are blank underneath, meaning they will be transparent ingame. So if you look up with the camera towards the roof, there is simply no roof visible from that angle. Solution?

I've never tried modding so this could be total rubbish buy but could you make use of whatever method it is they use for tunnels to give you the appearance of a roof?
