Extinguisher
Hello (flamethrower with white flames and afterburn, powder extinguisher)

25% of damages done are stocked as potential damage too on the target, potential damages last until the afterburn of the extinguisher is stopped, the potential damage can be consumed by other source of damages than extinguishers to increase their damage by the same amount they inflict (after multiplier by mini or crit or damage multiplier, as their damage type)(should be different pools with timer when there are different extinguisher, first, two etc and extra damages of a pool are taken in pool after..).
(Extinguisher damages and afterburn count as fire damage but don't count enemies as burned for other weapons but are reduced the same ways and reduce medigun ) (white afterburn cumulate with normal afterburn and priority for normal afterburn graphically)(can't ignite arrows)
15% lifesteal on base damages on players (no overheal)
Extinguish restore 10hp and 10 ammo instead.

-20% base damages
-66% afterburn damages.
-No random crit
-50% heal from all sources other than extinguisher, health packs and dispenser (bonus lifesteal, bonus heal etc) even if not active weapon.

(Kind of old tatty extinguisher..................................................)
