you can't download new mods or you cannot play with previous downloaded mods?

In the second case, please unsubscribe mods, verify Steam cache files for DK, clear Steam download cache from Steam settings menu, place Steam in offline mode, reboot the pc.

In the first case, skip the unsubscribe point.
