I always have been annoyed how the higher levels of Force Speed doesn't make you move faster. Yeah Force Speed doubles your speed, but why wouldn't Improved Force Speed triple it? The same for being Master Force Speed quadruple your speed?

Can this be done by a mod or not?
Or is there a technical reason why they didn't do that?
I'm talking about STRICTLY movement, nothing dealing with combat like giving even more attacks than what it does already
