A primary for heavy, booties:
+10% movespeed (max movespeed capped at 107% for own weapons and override by other players bonus given or something like that)
+35% melee damages
-Concheror regen (regen the lost health of gru and eviction)
-Cd of consumables /6 (2 or 5 sec)

Steak: +30% movespeed. Switch to melee and effect last until switch on other weapon. Mini crit on melee. Maybe +75% knockback and airblast resistance fixed. 30 sec recharge (drop little health pack on mouse 2).

The kgb last 4 sec instead of 5.
