Better starting weapons
Hello, I have started a new game and wanted to keep the existing starting weapons you get for the whole game. I just think it’d be fun using the bullet weapons like a real resistance movement. The only thing I’d like to do is tweak the damage output a bit to make them a little more late game viable (less than the fully upgraded weapons, but more than the base damage). I’ve tried editing the ini files, but even when I’ve done that there are no changes to damage output in my game. I haven’t really found a mod that can help me out, so I was curious if anyone here could help/point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for these. Are these only for the WOTC? Or will they work with the base game too? I am currently playing through the base game before doing WOTC again.

I think they changed how things are rendered between the base game and WotC so there's no guarantee that assets created for either one of those will work with the other. Try it out with a trial game, console command some in and see what they look like.
