Can y'all stop making ♥♥♥♥♥♥ unusual effects?

Almost all the unusual effects I see on the workshop these days never look like TF2 particle effects. They just look like some effect meant for a different game.
Please study classic effects and make new ones that align with that style!

Never said that I didn’t want people to make unusual effects, I said I didn’t want them to make bad ones.

TRUE! Nowadays we mostly get bright, neon, tacky things that don't belong in TF2. Where are the less saturated colours of old effects? Why do we always get these overlysaturated, busy effects?
