Looking for inspiration

Hi all,

I am back to the game and want to create some new mods, regarding vehicles. However, I need some inspiration where to start. So name a country or area and I will create the mod.

Yes! Sorry that no one responded. If you can make a mod that allows us to edit the names of the officers, I.e "Jane Smith or Jean Claude Van Damme" Etc. You would single handily save this game and do what the devs refused to do.
