i absolutely love this game on how brutal it is, but one thing im not particularly adamant about is the diseases, considering u can get em randomly at the end of a expedition and u need to put ur heroes in med for a whole week or get a specific character with disease cures.

im wondering if there's a mod that adds a disease cure for wound care, i know this is specific but this allows for my experience to still be balanced and diseases to have an impact while still allowing me to take care of it when i have the chance
