Any way to reveal the whole map at start?
For testing Custom Planet?

If you add a "light=2000" or similar property to something like the main stockpile or worker dwarf, it should light up the entire level. If that doesn't work just edit the light spell which I think you get by default at the start, change that value huge and one cast and you'll see everything.

Late reply but after testing those ideas, nothing worked it seems the light is hardcoded.

But I used magic explosion instead with large radius to quickly check around as I just wanted to see if my custom rooms spawns correctly.

That's odd, I was sure I did something like this when testing the how they randomly generate rooms a few years back. I'll see if I can dig up my notes, I might a copy of the xml change I made stuffed in there.
