OK so let me start by saying that I know where to find the texture maps in the files. The problem I have is accessing them so that I can get the ones I want to edit for me and my friends. When I try to open the files they're a file type that I don't have a program that can read and I can't find anything online about what to use or how to use it. Also I use Gimp for my texture editing as I can't afford Photoshop. So what I need help with is just simply being able to open the files to look at the different texture maps to be able to load them up into Gimp to edit them.
