No longer waiting in the cold....

most of my mods have heating disabled now for residential and passenger stations,
since I found this script for the end of the building.ini
$HEATING_DISABLE

There is a difference in heating disabled and self heating. With self heating buildings produce a little bit of pollution during winter.
However I only seen that with residential buildings.

I hate self heating and pollution so i just turned it off, for many of my buildings, im about to update it, hate having a residential area polluted over time

Just fixing a texture issue with 40 mile station
