So there I was thinking about a the Irish Unification of 2024, the Bell Riots, and of course Every Steak Night at Golden Corral... I began giving it thought and decided to search. I found a post, no workshop mods and decided to start my own. I'd just post one if I knew how to work a mod into existence, but since I don't I can hope someone takes up the mantle and bills me later.

So my train of thinking about a riot disaster could potentially:

Start randomly like wildfires, no matter how happy the entire city is, there is always someone unhappy.

The riot / mob waves in directions like a tsunami, following streets instead... sometimes pedestrian paths.

Buildings catch fire, abandon ahead of mob (like the stages of flooding), or collapse outright similar to an earthquake. These launch fire and police reactions, in addition to medical, disaster, and death responses.

Based on the Law Enforcement is where is starts and puts it out like fire fighters... it gives law enforcement a more active role; and they or other type of enforcement will staunch, and eventually turn the tide.

Really places a pronounced emphasis on access and traffic management, too.

The Prison mods and Disaster mods give me hope it can happen, but I'll probably have to invest in the new one for it to happen. Either way: I typed enough, I may make a whole new post about it.

I know it's not simple, coding / assembling / supporting mods - but it is a passing thought, for a game I enjoy relaxing with.
