How To Use Custom Personality Sphere Skins
So a friend asks me: "how do I use custom core skins"

We embarked on the journey to modify the .vpk files and all that jazz, with the result of the same personality cores looking the same way they always did.

The question is: how does one change the look of the personality cores in Portal 2.
