Mod: Strategic Improvement

Maybe some of you remebers the mod Strategic improvement for FoC; it has been really a cool mod some years ago, but then disappeared and is nowhere findable to be downloaded. Maybe anyone of you has an old version of this mod to share with me or something like that?

It's true The last version of the mod can no longuer be found on the old french strategic games forum . it's only support french. And quite frankly is outdate compared to newer mods a least in term of pacing and space battles. There is a thread on the game sub reddit about it.
