I never did anything tennogen related and was thinking of making a concept for a Protea skin: She's my main and I am super excited about her Prime version coming soon!!

I am only an artist- but eager to make the best concept art I can and then try myself on the 3D modeling (or find someone who is experienced in it). Although when I was looking at the guidelines so I know what I have to be careful/aware of it says "not allowed to change mesh- Only allowed to change texture" ?

Does this mean you currently cannot do any skins that change the silhouette only voidshells/different patterns? It's a bit confusing for me, I'm sorry!
I hope someone can explain me the details about that regarding the body (since helmet seems to be allowed?)


((And if remodel isn't allowed, was it ever or will it ever be allowed again?)
