Best AI Mod? Organic AI overhaul vs. Hecleas

Hi,
Any thoughts on Hecleas AI mod vs. Organic AI Overhaul in terms of difficulty/"common sense" when it comes to AI behaviour? I just want a more genuine allout War experience with the AI making more sensible decisions when it comes to attacking, army comp., economy, etc. Not talking about giving them even more cheats (Legendary/VH is fine).
What AI mod do you prefer better (if you use one at all)?

Elindos Phar & Family has Total War: WARHAMMER III

I am currently testing the Extra Longer battles which also features some AI behavior modifications, and I did see some cavalry choosing to effectively flank me, as in from behind out of total surprise, even in the first battle.

The modder mentions he has changed some ponderations.

I lack any knowledge on TW AI Modding at the moment so I could not evaluate.

I am also interested in AI mods.
