Mods make me lose achievements?

if i use any mod, does the game makes me not able to unlock achievements? im using revivefy mod (just to arena cuz i dont have money to play coop), but i dont want to enable and then unable everytime (the mod isnt even working but i wanna lt it there)
so, if i let it enabled, i lose achievements?

You can get achievements just fine even if you mod the game to hell and back.

I ruined my experience with mods. Don't excessively use them, I used mouse drag, beastmaster, and warp menu all in my first run. It made it really hard to play without the op mods later on. I'm good at the game with and without mods now, but it took a while.
