In-game Incident description [SOLVED]
I know someone who knows but they don't seem at all keen to share any info on creating incidents! If devs read this, could you please tell me the file location that contains the in-game description for incidents? Not calls, just incidents. Such as the main description that would be used by general_incidents. xml? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Found it by chance. Languages files...
