im a bit late but i know how to, In the level settings you want to scroll down to the difficulty select what it will be then export you will need a cover for the level and check to the ssa the steam subscribe agreement then hit upload wait and it will bring you to a screen that says update selected world unless you want to update it just hit back. And thats how you upload a level i am late so i expect no one to see this
