origin mod with all focus skills only
i wanna find a mod witch adds an origin that can completely upgrade all skills and nothing else, no special abilities, no permanent armour pieces, just the ability to learn every skill upgrade?

Can't be done, the most you can do is give the character the locked skills from the start and give em no weak skills.
And I believe someone has already done so.
