Is it possible to have consumables and weapons locked in for multiple missions?
So I want to make a campaign where CIA ops are behind enemy lines, which means whatever weapons and grenades and devices they chose on the first mission is locked in for subsequent missions. (so if you chose pistol loadout with flashbangs, mission 2, 3, 4,5 etc... you can only use that for those subsequent missions.) And whether it's possible to also have consumables persistent throughout said campaign. So if you use half your flashbangs in the first mission, you only have half your flashbangs in mission 2.

The best way is to wait for the official campaign,
but you may make chain missions with suggested pieces of equipment.

It is just a series of missions with no equipment restrictions, but if players are kind enough, they will play your missions as you intended.
