Create a mod and a custom map / Créer un mod et une cart personnalisée

Hello, I'd like to make a mod with an entirely custom map but I can't find anywhere on the internet, all the steps to do it. please help me.

Bonjour, j'aimerais réaliser un mod avec une map entièrement custom mais je ne trouve nulle part, toutes les étapes pour le faire. svp aidez-moi.

The wiki has some articles about map modding and country creation.

But creating a full custom map is a huge amount of work, because a new map will break almost all files in the game and you have to adjust them to adapt them to the changed map. If you don't do that, eu4 won't even start.
