What I would do is verify your files first, see if that helps. If it doesn't, I would go to the workshop and re-download the subscribed mods by following the below steps. It's annoying and time consuming, but if you don't know what mod has files that are corrupt, it would get it.
1. Open the list of subscribed mods
2. Open the first mod in the list, then unsubscribe to it.
3. Wait for Steam to pop and finish a download bar for Kenshi
4. Resubscribe to the mod, and wait for another download bar
5. Move onto the next mod in the list and repeat the steps.
This forces it to get new files for the mods, so if any were corrupted it would replace them.
Also might be worth running a chkdsk scan, as if you're having recurring issues with file corruptions, could be a drive issue.
