But this is not about me encumbering about the modder, its really that i can not understand how the stuff above is missing with so many uploaded assets

For nine years I haven't missed a Kebab and shoe store in this game. Now I still don't. :D

I dont know how you play your town, but my people love to wear shoes and McDonalds and Pizza Hut alone are not really nice if they are all places you can go to eat^^

Still i simply dont understand that for example there is not at least some of it, well the Underground trainstations i understand now, since the Station rails have no underground version.

Rails go underground, you just do not get to see them. I often place train tracks under mountains in game verses trying to go over them.

The railstation tracks have no tunnel version,
Best i could do was 16x4 versions of Passenger and Cargo Trainstations with Walkpaths included to make it easyer to fit them into the City. Shorter versions cause trains to spawn outside the Stations so no shorter versions all Vanilla Trains could spawn
