Let's go:
1. What mods are you using?
2. Have you updated those mods? Have you checked their description/comments to see if something might be wrong?
3. Have you checked the actual load order (position/hierarchy) of mods so that they do not conflict with each other?
4. What do you mean by "...when I play on my rog ally no problem"? Does the version of the game you have there have any mods installed? Are you using the same save file/profile there?

Need more info than just the 3162. It'll have an asset or similar error description to go with. More likely just an old or broken mod.

Secondly, don't mess with load ordering unless you know what you're doing - most of the time you don't actually need to do it.
