Locked Items
Found a locked item in a mod, as in it's an implant that on death can not be removed.

What line do I need to remove to unlock an item? Basically just have a single player version of a mod, and would like to be able to loot implants and cybernetics.

Problem solved delete these lines

nonplayerteaminteractable="true"
hideinmenus="true"

And any status effect that has

isdead
