Hi, new to modding. Can someone tell me the name to 2 mods?

-I need the mod to stop all confederacy
-I need the mod changes the AI personality of the factions (make them all the same, same aggression, no more sitting and camping, etc)

Be aware that the mod description gives a warning about using the recruit legendary character mod as well.

Couldn't find a mod to make all personalities the same in a quick search.
