hi probably been asked before i would like to be able to stop advancing from the end of the medieval era (before it evolves into gun powder guns cannons etc and basically play it out marathon until either i or AI basically owns the game. knights swords etc

I would like all the different cultures spy and religions world conference etc like the normal game but stops at end of medieval. I am not a tech guy but would like to know where i get this if it is available how to install it and make it work (any little tricks i need to know) thank you in advance.

please take into account i am not a techie real basic computer skills so if available please help me out with instructions for dummies please and thank you for your help
