Anyway to be honest on Valve side allowing adult stuff just like that can give them some issue as there are a global company and some areas in the world will not really approve adult stuff showing on sites that can be accessed by under 18 years olds without approving your 18 years old +
They can try to approve by content as they do in some parts around, but I am still not sure how well that will really roll with some legal areas, and they likely then prefer to take a step beyond to make sure no issue will be coming there way

Maybe at some point, there will be some adult workshop, but I honestly don't think they will want to risk it, and more likely users will just make an easy site to help users find adult content and make it easy to setup and all
