Unable to upload mods to Steam Workshop
I already have my .pack file and the respective .png file, but whenever I try to upload from the Mod Manager in the launcher, it loads for a little bit and throws the "Failed to upload to Workshop - k_ERResultFail" error, I'm not sure what can I do.

It might be that your .png file exceeds 1MB, consider using a .png file that is less than 1MB.

my .png file is only 75 kb
