Best Realistic Mods

Can the most experienced ones offer us a list of mods that add realistic and non-cheated content?
No mods that make or break the gameplay by offering buildings or vehicles with magical abilities ;)

It's a difficult question. On the one hand, I understand what you're talking about. There are a lot of mods in the Workshop that no one has checked, no one has approved, that bring imbalance to the game.
On the other hand, in the game itself, native businesses are so strangely balanced that it's puzzling.
The best way is to use any mods you like, controlling the balance by editing the configuration files. Building.ini is in every mod and consumption and production depend on it.
