i just fixed it so it flys and it works completly it was only a 40 min job so the engines are a bit dodgy and the fuselage is a bit dodgy but it does work, i kept it similar to your orignal desgin, it flys well

Try using gearboxes with a 1:3 ratio facing the engine next time, this usually fixes issues with planes being underpowered and slow

i had the prop set to neutral

hahaha, an easy mistake to make. now you know to check for that next time you make a plane
