How long does it take after subscribing to a mod for it to be available

I subscribed to several mods today, but they aren't visible in the mod load order thingy in the game's start menu, nor are they in my steamapps workshop content folder, but they ARE visible in the workshop tab when I rightclick the game on Steam, (albiet they're at 0 bits), and my acf file shows it was last edited today.

EDIT: Never mind, figured it out, had to set my workshop and game folders to NOT "read only" and/or verify the files.

could you explain how you did the not read only thing im facing the same problem you did but i have no clue how to fix it

Right click on the folder in question and click "properties".
