Anglo Scottish Cup

Hey Folks, I really want to create an anglo scottish cup to replace the league cup in both countries is this possible and how would i go about it?

You would have to create a "new continental cup rule" in the editor. Set region to Europe then only add scotland and england. Have it select whatever teams(say 20 from prem, 24 from championship, etc). Then format it however you please from there. aka knockout, group stages, whathaveyou
