Dead race left a military station in orbit
Playing Stellaris with ST:NC and no other DLC or Mods.
A pre-FTL Fission civilization nuked themselves dead but they left a military station in orbit. Would this have survivors? Can I take the station to use? Salvage? War Game Target?

I doubt it, unless you get a special event for it, it's probs just a useless piece of space debris
