DLC Wont Work

Pls help the Dlcs that i bought won't show in the game
i already did the follwoing
-cleared the cache
- ticked off and on the down load box
- reinstalled the game and restarted steam

That was the proper place.
This forum is to discuss the Workshop.
The workshop is where the Mods and other player made items are downloaded and has no bearing on your original post.
