i want to download a mod and i create a folder in workshop folder but still doesnt work

Underscore_101_3 has Euro Truck Simulator 2

Only Steam workshop mods go in the Steam mod folder, other mods go into your local mod folder.

On a default win 10/11 install that's here:
C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod
