SMLE No.1 & Mannlicher M95: I've noticed something.
There is a ton of WW1 mods out there, and rifles that have working bayonets and such, but why is there no SMLE No.1 or Mannlicher M95 with a Bayonet? I know the rifles exist, but theres no bayonet version, of the two rifles, and there is the No.4 Model with a bayonet, but that wouldn't make much sense in a WW1 Scenario, as the No.4 was created in 1943.

(In case your confused, heres the difference between the SMLE No.1 and SMLE No.4 )

The No.1 Short Magazine Lee Enfield ( SMLE ) was designed in 1907, and was the standard rifle in service for British and other Commonwealth Forces between 1907 - 1957, but was given to other forces across the world. The No.4 model was created in 1943 as a cheaper variant of the rifle, and while it was produced in WWII, the original No.1 Lee Enfield was still a standard service weapon. Sniper Variants of the No.4 and No.1 were created, and used, with the No.4 seeing better service than the No.1 sniper variant in WWII.

( Now for a rambling of the M95 Rifle )

The Mannlicher M1895 (M95), was the standard issue rifle for the Austro-Hungarian military, between 1895-1918, and saw further service in ( Now separate ) Austrian and Hungarian Military, between 1919-1938 for Austria, and 1919-1949. Some German soldiers and Volksturm militia used the M95, due to shortages and manufacture problems in 1945. The M95 fired a
8x50mmR Mannlicher cartridge. A carbine version of this rifle was introduced shortly after the rifle was invented, for cavalry, and later, light infantry.

I've contemplated doing a Mannlicher '88/90 for a bit, including the weird automatic variant Bulgaria seemed to like in the '20s. Weapons, however, are time consuming to make and so asking for them isn't likely to result in very much short of commission work.

True, but i'm just saying, it's weird how there are many versions of different rifles, with bayonets, from the early 20th century, and the SMLE and M95 are left out despite being some what iconic to the Great War. Of course though, making weapons and mods, takes time, and I'll respect the process.
