I was looking for vehicle mutator recently, that allows change HP, speed, damage, etc before game start - wanted my APCs be less resistant to anti-armor. The only mod I've found can just set health multiplier. Another one can change more, but only for the vehicle you're currently in. It would be nice to have such mutator

I also HIGHLY recommend the EHADS-2 or EHADS-3 mod. It's so good as it adds bandages, realistic damage models, dragging and reviving friendlies, using different syringes, and much more!
