As the title already says, I am searching for a modmaker who can change the background of the weapon icons in the inventory. My pal is red/green blind and therefor has problems to see the difference between the orange and green backgrounds, missing good items in his inventory.

Can someone make a mod that changes the background textures of the item icons, of the orange ones to another color? Maybe yellow?
