So like do these just not work?

so need a lower quality cell for a few prisoners decided to try the foam mattress and the old bed but neither of them count as a bed apparently? the room still says the bed requirement is needed

make sure the whole room is marked as cell, sometimes you misclick and 1 spot doesn't count, check if you have any mods, which disable it, etc. and try to reload your game, check intergrety of the files, etc.

ah thanks didnt think to check mods as i used like 2 which i actually forgot i was using turns out one of them messed with the room requirements fixed now thanks :)
