Replace Patriarch skin with vampatriarch's

Is any mod or way to do so?

(I intend only to change patty's skin, not other zeds)

I can only remember a mod that changed all of the monsters.
You can change it yourself, but you have to get your hands dirty with UScript and the KF SDK to realize that.
