Report a translation problem
Always check the log for errors. This will tell you where the problem is.
Check the reference links between *_equip.xml and *_sounds.xml files. Check the spelling, whitespaces and grammatical errors etc.
Test your audio file is compatible. Test by replacing your .wav file with those from Door Kickers. Sometimes the .wav files are encoded incorrectly and won't work.
Not that I'm aware of.
