EDIT: Turns out it wasn't NASCAR who took down the mod, nor was it because of a track. It was the developer of the Formula Vector mod for Assetto Corsa since TBSC used formula models from that mod. Ed Soundhead was notified by the developer through email so it can be assumed they were the one that filed the DMCA against the mod.

Edit: this modpack definitely needs to come back with more edits than just slight name changes. Copyright can also apply to looks and design of something too.
The tracks on the other hand, might need to be uploaded on their own since they are extremely high quality and definitely wouldn’t be the problem since NASCAR would have to come to every single mod on here and in every other racing game on PC that has NASCAR tracks and cars, so they are less likely to be the one responsible for the DMCA, unless there’s something in the game that they don’t like for their brand.
It would be nice to see some of the Bomb Shelter race tracks return to the Workshop if F-Bomb ever decides to upload them again, though. He'd likely have to rename the track files on his Lakeside track (as it had previously caused conflicts with a similarly-named track in KS' Circuit 199 track pack), however.
