Quick question regarding custom media and fair use. I'm not producing items for profit when I submit them to the workshop, I edit them for time so that a three to five minute song syncs with a coaster, and I'm not using the media in way which damages the reputation of the artists. If anything, it's more of a homage to work I like. As such, does the use of copyrighted custom Media qualify for use under the Fair Use Doctrine? Thanks!
