Workshop downloads not working

I've tried nearly everything, i emptied the download cache, updated steam commons redistributables, unsubbed and resubbed, i have mods enabled, i turned cloud sync off and on again, verified game files nothing works

I have the same thing happening, I tried the same thing, if I find a solution I'll try to tell you what I did!

Oh, it just fixed itself I guess

dude same i reopened the game after like 3 days and magically everything worked fine again
