Loot and Disassembly

Does anyone know how you get the disassembly stations to build. I do not see anything in knowledge that teaches the stations. One that teaches a recipe and a bunch of ingots. But nothing that teaches the stations and there is no option to build the stations through the hammer, the artisan tables or personal crafting.

Are you looking for the base game's Dismantling Bench, or is it one from a mod?

The feat for the base game's dismantling bench is number 18517, I was able to find it both under the 'Survival' heading and in the Search section. It's a level 22 feat, if that helps narrow down the search area.
