details on custom stage upadate?

is it tools for modders or is going to be like a stage editor ingame?

I suppost the heist misson need an upgrade to the map i want the alleyway in the start can be larger and has a sercret base and frienly people to help you in and PLUS we need an upgrade to it so it's PERFECT :D

i think it would be cool to make custom arena missions and levels, to make my own crackhead story that goes beyond enmeshing myself with the machine
